My husband and I were needing assistance with marriage based green card quickly after a different law firm wasted two months of our time. Vi was super friendly and helpful to my family. We reached out to over 15 different attorneys for assistance with a potential immigration issue. Either we never got a response or they wanted hundreds of dollars for a few minutes of consultation. I am happy to pay for services if and when needed, but asking for $400-600 with the potential of being told that there is nothing they can do to help?Vi reviewed the information we provided regarding our case and offered a detailed response via email as well as meeting with us to discuss further. Vi answered all of our questions and advised on how best to handle our situation. She told us there is nothing for her to do at this time (and no reason to charge us simply for a consult) and to just work with the requirements given by the embassy.If you need immigration help, I would highly recommend Nanthaveth & Associates. Vi and Corinne have a magical touch for any hard immigration case. My name is Bright Matanawui. I went to Nanthaveth & Associates in April 2023 for help with my immigration issue. My wife, a us citizen and I filled my adjustment of status (I-485) ourselves and got through pretty much everything except 1 issue which was on my USA visa application with which I came to the USA. This information did not tally with what we had on my I-485 and I needed to apply for a waiver (I-601). Lawyer Vi, helped us with the I-601 waiver in May 2023. It got approved immediately once USCIS processed it and I’m glad to say that my I-485 also got approved after that. I received my GreenCard in a week after approval. I recommend Nanthaveth and Associates to anyone especially in the Austin, TX area who need help with their immigration status. They are hard working and reliable… Thank you.

Working overseas, I found the love of my life. Over the course of trying to gather and complete forms on my own it was really frustrating.
